At Dhruvan Nutri Feeds, we aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Please review the following cancellation terms before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting Dhruvan Nutri Feeds with the order number and registered contact details.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
3. Bulk & Customized Orders
Bulk, commercial, customized, or specially prepared/procured orders may not be eligible for cancellation once processing or procurement has started. Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated before order confirmation.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment gateway/bank processing times and any applicable deductions.
5. Cancellation by Dhruvan Nutri Feeds
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery limitations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded.
