How to Raise a Complaint
When contacting us, please provide the following information wherever applicable:
- Your full name
- Order number or invoice number
- Registered mobile number/email address
- Product name
- Date of purchase/order
- Details of your complaint or concern
- Photographs, videos, or other supporting documents, if relevant
Providing complete information will help us investigate and resolve your complaint more efficiently.
Grievance Resolution
We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and investigate customer complaints and provide an appropriate response within a reasonable period, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.
For product-related complaints, we may request additional information, photographs, batch/lot details, invoice details, or other evidence necessary for verification.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the response or resolution provided, you may request that the matter be reviewed further by the management of Dhruvan Nutri Feeds.
